The basket widget allows you to take online payments from customers, in a safe and secure way. It is the last stage of the booking flow:

Search > Results > Extras > Basket

The payment form connects to your payment provider, which is set up by Travelgenix when you become a customer.

NOTE: When customers make a payment, the booking enters the Order Manager process and an automated email is sent to the customer when all products have been confirmed by the supplier.

In Travelify, visit My Widgets and then click the Travel Basket widget.

On the widget page, click the Add new widget button, and you will see the widget settings you are able to configure. In the menu on the left side of the page, you will see Layout. This lets you configure the layout and functionality of the basket widget.

  • Inventory (This allows you to switch views, based on the the of product being purchased by the customer)
  • Sections
    • IMPORTANT: Add all the sections that you want to appear on this page. If you don't add all the sections you need, the booking/payment process may not work as expected.

Once you have set up the layout, click Styling in the header on the left side of the page. This lets you configure the style settings for how this widget looks on the page.
